And with that idea in my mind I have created HARMONY, a magical and powerful blend of five plants that induce sleep, calm the mind, relax the body and nourish the soul. This blend is created to relieve stress, calm nervousness, bring the body to a state of calm and relaxation, help in situations of insomnia and thus let the dream do what it exists for: to reestablish our balance.
* LAVENDER, called the elf leaf, has been used since ancient times as a relaxant, to calm anxiety, as protection and purification. In the summer solstice sorcerers throw lavender into the fire, as an offering to the ancient gods. It induces sleep, calms the soul and body, is sedative of the nervous system and relieves headache. It is also a good companion in bad digestion and is a potent antiseptic and healing, among many other wonderful qualities.
* GERANIUM, an unknown and powerful nervous system relaxant, balancing, relaxing and de-stressing. It benefits in an amazing way to our mood. Its flowers have bactericidal and diuretic properties, it is effective in skin problems, ulcers. It was formerly used to heal wounds, stop bleeding and cure cholera. Available in 30 ml amber glass bottles with reusable dropper pipette.
Spread a few drops on chest, neck, wrists and heart with a massage, 3 times a day.

* HERBAL BALM
Available in 15, 50, 100 and 150 ml reusable amber glass or black aluminum bottles.
Put a small amount of balm in the hand, warm to facilitate melting and spread with a gentle massage on the chest, neck, wrists and heart area. Do not apply to open wounds.
