Where do you get your ingredients from?

​

PLANTS/HERBS: I grow some of the plants (using respectful and organic practices). But if I can't  I buy organic herbs in small shops and in my trusted herbalist where the plants are sold in bulk, in the traditional way. I also collect plants in clean forests of pollution in the north of Spain.

​

HONEY AND BEESWAX:  I buy unfiltered and unheated raw honey from beekeepers in the north of Spain (mainly Asturias and Galicia). The wax is sustainably produced and I buy it from my cosmetic supply dealer or directly from the beekeeper.

​

WATER: I always use distilled or mineral water of the purest quality and with complete safety.

​

ESSENTIAL OILS,  VEGETABLE OILS AND BUTTERS: I buy them from my two distributors of natural products for cosmetics and herbal preparations. Many of them are organic. Essential oils so pure they're even suitable for oral use. First cold pressed virgin vegetable oils.

It is what  makes up the majority of my craft. I spend a great deal of time, research, and dedication in my efforts to be as local and fresh as possible, to support small artisans and small businesses.  

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN HERBAL PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR ME?

ARE YOUR HERBAL PRODUCTS SUITABLE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY OR BREASTFEEDING?

Consult with your primary care doctor, health professional or midwife. Without working with people one-on-one, herbalists can't answer personalized questions, including this one. You can research the herbs in the product you want to use for any studies that indicate safety.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

Most of the ingredients I use are  herbal and plant-based. But there are some people who do not consider beeswax that way. There are vegetable waxes that I also use for many of my preparations, so I have no problem with this. Honey is a product that comes from plant pollen, so it is largely a product of a plant nature. Still the honey I use is raw and sustainable. If you want to know more about any product or ingredient, do not hesitate to ask me.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A CONFIRMED ORDER?

Yes, within 24 hours and if the order did not ship, send me a message and I will do my best to help you. Due to the small batch artisan nature of my offerings, I may not be able to change an order after it is placed, but I will do my best. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Many of the shipments are made to order, so the order preparation time is 3 to 5 business days. Delivery is made by transport company by standard shipping. It depends on the country where you reside and the delivery time will be. For orders within Spain the delivery time is between 3 and 5 days. For international shipments it can take up to more than 21 days. Keep in mind that international orders have customs procedures that can delay delivery. WHERE DO YOU SEND YOUR ORDERS?

Shipping to the entire Iberian Peninsula including Portugal,  most European countries, USA, Canada and Australia. This may be subject to change based on covid regulations. Check the current policies of your country and  my Shipping Policies for more details.
