Since you are ordering personalized or herbal items, there are no refunds after 24 hours of placing your order, and no refunds if an order has been shipped. (except for the exception mentioned below)

Please make sure your address is correct before completing your purchase. Seidr Art is not responsible for packages that are lost or have not reached you due to an incorrect postal address. Seidr Art will not issue a refund for this circumstance.

As a sole proprietorship, Seidr Art cannot refund items that have been damaged by the post office in transit.

HERBAL PREPARATIONS POLICY - Due to the nature of making small batch artisanal offerings, Seidr Art cannot accept returns.  

Refunds or exchanges can be made if there is a store error or the wrong product was shipped, and that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please read the descriptions and ingredients carefully before ordering and feel free to contact me if you have any specific questions about the products.

THE NATURE OF HANDMADE : Please note that all items are handmade from natural materials, come in varying sizes and as such will see variations in color, overall appearance, formula, etc. For handmade items, Seidr Art strives to create an image as close as possible to the one in the store.

Seidr Art reserves the right to cancel an order if an order is purchased at an expedited shipping rate without the buyer first checking my availability as stated in the item description.

Seidr Art reserves the right to cancel an order if a customer is disrespectful in any way.
