National and international shipments:

Please make a note of each estimated shipping time on each item before purchasing as it may vary from item to item. The shipping time of each item is indicated to the customer before placing the order. Since Seidr Art only makes custom/small batch items, shipping time may be longer than expected. If you have any questions, please contact Seidr Art by sending a message on this website.  

Seidr Art is not responsible for shipping an item faster than the estimated time given to customers before and after purchase.

COVID-19 Shipping Announcement:

*Please note, for domestic and international orders, shipping agencies are taking much longer than usual to ship items due to the Covid systems in each country. Please take note of this before purchasing, Seidr Art has no control over current mail systems. Therefore, Seidr Art will not be able to offer expedited shipping for international orders at this time.

If multiple items are ordered at once and each item has different shipping times, they will all be shipped together according to the longest estimated shipping time unless otherwise stated, so please contact Seidr Art at case of doubt

WEBSITE POLICY - All import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. As a European Union store Seidr Art has no control over international shipping costs and times. Please understand that if you buy from outside the European Union there is a possibility of having to pay import duties. Seidr Art is not responsible for the shipping or tax laws of your country.
Seidr Art is not responsible for items lost in the mail or provide a refund for lost items.

The labeling of each product specifies the ingredients used to make it, as well as the method or methods of use for which it is indicated.

For herbal offerings especially, you may want to consider the time it will take to get to you. Seidr Art has no control over the regulation of the temperature during the journey it takes to reach you, nor over the conditions in which your items will arrive. Seidr Art also has no control over herbal offerings that are or are not allowed in your country. Please do your own research before placing your order.
